Ms. Hsu has over 24 years of diversified business experience in areas of accounting, finance,
budget, corporate development, marketing and administration experience in Canada and China.
She received her Certified General Accountant designation from the CGA Association of British
Columbia, Canada in 2004 and graduated from the People’s University of China in 1988 with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Ms. Hsu has been directly involved in mining and oil and gas industries for more than ten years, with strengths in Canadian and U.S. public financial reporting and regulatory compliance, Canadian and U.S. tax, internal control policies, budgeting and strategic planning.
Since 2004, she has been working with various public companies, including exploration and commercial production stage public companies listed in Canada and the United States. Prior to that, Ms. Hsu had also worked as a senior auditor in a Vancouver based Chapter Accountants’ firm for a couple of years.
Before moving to Canada, Ms. Hsu worked over 10 years in China's State Planning Commission as a senior economics analyst and officer and her own private companies, through which, she has established an encompassing network in China.
